About Fundacja dla Zwierząt Hałabajówka

The foundation was established to support animal protection, promote humane treatment, and encourage practical and educational activities that improve the welfare of animals.

Our work is based on the understanding that animals need protection not only when they are visibly suffering but also through long-term prevention, responsible ownership, education, and community cooperation.

We recognize the importance of helping abandoned and mistreated animals, supporting responsible adoption, and promoting effective ways of reducing animal homelessness. The foundation also works to increase awareness of the conditions in which animals are kept and the importance of preventing cruelty and neglect.

Our background

The foundation was registered in 2012 and continues to operate as a Polish foundation under its registered legal form, with Public Benefit Organization (OPP) status. Its activities follow the statutory purposes set out in its founding documents.
