The foundation operates under its registered legal form as a Polish foundation and in accordance with applicable Polish regulations, including the Act on Foundations and the Act on Public Benefit and Volunteer Work.

Legal representation
According to publicly listed information, the foundation may be represented independently by the President of the Management Board, or jointly by two members of the Management Board. The binding wording is the one in the current official KRS extract.
Supervision and accountability
As a registered foundation with Public Benefit Organization status, the foundation is subject to legal accountability, including registration in the National Court Register and obligations concerning financial statements and activity reporting under Polish law.
