This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Polish law.

  • Contact form: name, email, subject and message.
  • Volunteer inquiries: name, email, telephone, area of interest, experience and message.
  • Donation-related data: only if you donate through a channel authorized by the foundation, as required to record the donation.
  • Technical data needed to deliver the website securely.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to inquiries — your consent and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
  • Handling volunteer inquiries — consent and steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
  • Legal and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).

Forms

Forms on this website prepare an email in your own email application addressed to the foundation. Data is not stored on the website itself.

Analytics and cookies

Retention

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your matter, and afterwards for the period required by law or to establish or defend claims.

Recipients and transfers
